SHIPPING

Shipping
We ship all of our products within 24 hours of order (except Sunday) of payment authorization.  If a product is listed, it is in stock and ready for its new home. Regular shipping is done via USPS First Class mail (or similar service) and is typically delivered within a week.  Upgraded/Expedited shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail (or similar service) and is typically received within one to three days.

Tracking
All packages, domestic or international, have tracking. An email will be sent to your email address on file with all pertinent information to track your shipment from our warehouse to your location.

International Shipping
Regular shipping is done via USPS Priority International (or similar service) and is typically delivered within 6 to 10 days.  Upgraded/Expedited shipping is done via USPS Priority Express International (or similar service) and is typically received within three to five days.

Importation / Customs
Because of the nature of our products, there is a slight possibility that your package will be blocked or confiscated at your country's customs entry point. Should this happen, we take responsibility and will either send a new package or refund your order - whichever you prefer.  Any duty or import tax is the responsibility of the buyer.
